Mission Statement for Health Services: The mission of Attleboro Public Schools Health Services is to provide a program that enables each student to reach his/her full educational and physical potential. The program is dedicated to the promotion and maintenance of the health and wellness of the school community.
In order to achieve this mission the program strives to:
* Improve access to health care service for all students
* Address both the mental and physical needs of students and faculty
* Advocate for students and families
* Collaborate with Health Care Providers and families in the community
* Assess health care needs and implement appropriate interventions
* Build student and family capacity for adaptation, self-management, self-advocacy and lifelong learning

Health Office Services
Dental Clinic
Commonwealth Mobile Oral Health Services (CMOHS) will be sending a Massachusetts licensed dentist and a dental assistant to your child’s school to provide dental services. This program is available to all students. The permission slip can be downloaded from the District Health Services website . It is available in English and Spanish.
You should sign your child up for the program if:
- Your child does not have a regular dentist
- Your child hasn’t seen a dentist in over a year
- You have Mass Health or no dental insurance
- You have trouble finding a dentist to treat your child
